      Cell supernatants were collected from the control group, passage 5,AGEs and H2O2 groups. After the adherence of MACS-sorted DcR2-positive and negative cells, normal medium was added. The cell supernatant of the two groups was collected after 48 h. The levels of IL-6 and TGF-β1 in the supernatant were measured by ELISA kit (Hengyuan,Shanghai, China), according to the manufacturer's instructions.
