The concentration of Cr and NAG were measured by a creatinine assay kit (Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, China) and NAG kit (Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, China), respectively. β2-MG, RBP and 8-OHG were determined by the QuicKey Human BMG/β2-MG (Beta-2-Microglobulin) ELISA Kit (Elabscience Biotechnology Co. Ltd, China), Human RBP ELISA KIT (Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology Co. Ltd, China) and Human 8-OHG ELISA KIT (Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology Co. Ltd, China), respectively, according to the instructions of the manufacturer. The assay range of β2-MG, RBP and 8-OHG were 0.78–50 μg/L, 2–65 μg/L and 3–100 ng/L, respectively. All operation steps were strictly carried out according to the instructions of the kit.
